Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers the craftsmanship and installation of services provided by Home Run Improvement for a period of 10 years from the date of project completion. Our warranty focuses specifically on:
- Proper installation techniques
- Structural integrity of installed components
- Adherence to industry standards and local building codes
- Workmanship quality
What is Covered
Home Run Improvement warranties our work against:
- Defects resulting from improper installation
- Structural failures due to installation errors
- Workmanship issues that compromise the functionality or integrity of the installed components
- Installation that does not meet professional industry standards or local building codes
What is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by:
- Homeowner modifications or alterations
- Improper maintenance or neglect
- Misuse of installed components
- Acts of nature (including but not limited to floods, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes)
- Normal wear and tear
- Material defects (these are typically covered by manufacturer warranties)
- Damage from external factors beyond our control
- Cosmetic issues not noted by the homeowner upon final project completion that do not affect the functionality of the installation
Material Warranties
While our craftsmanship warranty covers installation, materials used in your project may have separate manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in addressing any material-related issues by:
- Providing manufacturer warranty information
- Offering guidance on proper material maintenance
Making a Warranty Claim
Claim Process
- Notification: Homeowners must notify Home Run Improvement in writing within 30 days of discovering a potential warranty issue. (Submission requirements below)
- Inspection: Our team will schedule an inspection within 14 business days of receiving the written notification.
- Resolution: If a covered defect is confirmed, we will:
- Repair the issue at no additional cost
- Complete repairs within a reasonable timeframe
- Minimize disruption to your home
Claim Submission Requirements
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:
- Detailed written description of the issue
- Date of original installation/completion
- Date of when the issue developed
- Photographs documenting the problem

Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner
